1. Radial clearance between impeller and press shell R clearance Tip clearance (1) Four-cylinder 0.4-0.5 (2) Six-cylinder and above models 0.5-0.65. 2. The gap between the vortex shell and the drum radial R tip is the same as (1). 3. The gap between floating inner hole and shaft diameter is 0.035-0.045mm. 4. The gap between the floating outer circle and the intermediate hole is 0.07-0.08mm. 5. The axial clearance between thrust bearing and shaft is 0.07-0.09mm. 6. The balance accuracy of impeller and shaft single piece is 5mg below four cylinders, and 10mg for more than six cylinders. 7. The pressure value of the release valve and the flow value of the VNT model, the intelligent and non-intelligent values of the solenoid valve should be adjusted according to different models and different data.
